Eric Silverstein is the founder of The Peached Tortilla, Austin’s go-to spot for Southern-Asian comfort food with a playful twist. Born in Tokyo to a Chinese-American mom and Jewish dad, then raised in Atlanta, Eric grew up surrounded by flavors that didn’t fit neatly into a box—and neither does his food.
In 2010 Eric walked away from a law career to sling tacos from a truck, and a decade later The Peached Tortilla grew into multiple restaurants, a catering biz, and an event space—all built on his signature inventive spirit.
